Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Baracuta tags and labels are still securely attached.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
